This clumping of cells brings about an inflammatory response -- the free radical response, which causes the pain.
The "After" shot shows that immediately after electrons were delivered to the body via the electrically conductive grounding device, the blood cells instantly became negatively charged. We know this because the cells detached themselves from each other. Healthy blood cells do not stick to each other because they all have a negative electrical charge -- so they repel each other and don't clump together.
