Does Your Doctor Want to Keep You Deficient?

Just look at the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF).

They're an independent group of volunteer health "experts" that delivers a yearly report to Congress. In their report they outline "critical evidence gaps" in preventive service research.  And they decided not to recommend routine screening for this essential vitamin.

They say there simply isn't enough evidence that detecting—and treating—a deficiency would improve overall health outcomes in adults... But they got this one wrong in a big way.

It may help lower your risk of developing prostate cancer. Some studies suggest this vitamin can reduce breast cancer risk by over 50%. Most important of all, a  deficiency may raise you risk of dying by 60% over the next decade or so. But to the USPSTF, that's not good enough. They still won't recommend that people get screening for this vitamin.

That's despite the more than 33,800 studies available to the public. That's more than any other vitamin. Over 3,500 of these papers are from 2012 alone. They show the benefits on all-cause mortality, cardiovascular disease, and cancer risks. It even lowers less frightening risks like type 2 diabetes, fracture, and infection.

Don't follow the USPSTF recommendation… Ignoring a deficiency could put your health—even your life—at serious risk.
