[haxor express] [haxor express] [haxor express] Is Eating in Moderation Making You Sick?

INH Health Watch

Dear Health Watch Reader,

You know that "I just don't feel right" feeling? We all have it now and then. But did you know that it might actually be caused by the foods you eat? Even foods you think are good for you?

That's what's so fascinating about this sponsored message from Dr. Keith Scott-Mumby. He reveals how the foods you eat might be hurting you, and you probably don't even know it. Keep reading for a real eye-opener.

To your health,

How "Eating in Moderation" Is Making You Fat and Sick...

I have a very important message to share today, so make sure to read every word of this article.

You hear nutritionists, doctors and probably your cousin's friend talking about this thing called "moderation".

Drink wine in moderation, and you'll be fine.

Eat dessert in moderation, and you'll be fine.

Skip sleep with moderation, and you'll be fine.

But I'm so sorry to announce to everyone that this is plain WRONG.

"Moderation" tells you nothing about how your body is functioning right now. It tells you NOTHING about how what you might consider "reasonable eating" is really making you fat and sick.

Let me give you an example about what's going on in my friend Jon's life.

As of right now, he is slowly recovering from a type of adrenal fatigue.

Why? Because he is a workaholic, and has spent the last 3 years burning the candle at both ends. Lack of sleep, caffeine, too much stress, too much work all combined to burn out his adrenals.

You see Jon thought he could skip sleep in moderation and be fine.

He thought he could snack on sugar in moderation and be fine.

As a consequence, two months ago his motivation, libido, brain power, and pretty much his entire health all shut down.

In Jon's case - he simply couldn't afford MODERATION.

Moderation is an interesting concept in theory. But once you see how sick people really are, the truth is that most of us simply can't afford moderation. Moderation is killing us.

Now, here's how to figure out if YOU can afford moderation.

If you want to afford to fill your body with sugar, gluten, dairy, dessert, alcohol and other "occasional foods" from time to time.

Keep reading here...

You'll learn how to quickly and correctly complete an elimination diet. You will discover what works for your health and what doesn't.

If you use moderation blindly and your body is not ready for it -- be prepared to face the sad consequences.

Unfortunately, I know that 99% of people reading this today will end up doing nothing about it, and will return to some vague version of "everything in moderation".

And they will screw up their health now for years to come.

But don't be like them. Be the exception. Take care of things now; be proactive about your health.

You can do it -- with the help of the right resource like Diet Wise.

You'll definitely thank me later.
