Today, everyone in the goodtoknow office is feeling healthy! We're planning to have salad for lunch, a brisk walk in the sun to help it go down and a low-fat smoothie instead of a naughty afternoon treat. We're even considering some more vigorous exercise this evening, followed by a light dinner and then an early bed. Admittedly it's unlikely we'll stick to the entire plan, or possibly even half of it, but we promise to try if you will?! PS Are you or the kids looking forward to seeing The Hunger Games?
