	It's the return of the good cop/mad cop routine on Monday, when Manchester's Cagney and Lacey, Scott and Bailey, return to ITV1. This time round the domestic drama is turned up higher, with the return of Rachel's ex Sean (played by ex EastEnders star Sean Maguire) and the complete breakdown of Janet's marriage.
