Dear Health Watch Reader -
You know that "I just don't feel right" feeling? We've all had it now and
then. But did you know that it might actually be caused by the foods you
eat? Even foods you think are good for you?
That's what's so fascinating about this sponsored message from Dr. Keith
Scott-Mumby. He reveals how the foods you eat might be hurting you, and you
probably don't even know it. Keep reading for a real eye-opener.

Dear Health Conscious Reader,
Foods can be a disaster for your body
Foods nourish us and so we think of all foods as friendly.
But for some people foods—the wrong foods—can be a disaster.
A woman was in a daze for 39 years, until she stopped eating an everyday
food and "woke up" to find herself alive and aware. They said her brain was
damaged but it turned out that it was just ordinary foods, inflaming her
brain tissues, until she couldn't think straight.
There was a man who had chronic rhinitis which was finally diagnosed as a
potato allergy. A few days after eating his last potato, he sniffed freely
for the first time in over 20 years!
Another woman had 63 years of migraine misery; only to find out she had a
milk allergy.
One boy had epileptic fits if he ate carrots or anything from the same food
family (celery, parsnip, parsley, dill etc). In another case, a man had
epilepsy from wheat—he got his driving license back. There were no more
attacks when he stopped eating this one food.
A woman had over 20 years of bloody diarrhea from colitis, only to find out
it was a lettuce allergy. She 'thought' she had been eating "healthy"
